Cancel a subscription

Cancel any time from the billing link in your account menu. Your access carries on until the end of the period you have already paid for, then it stops and you are not charged again. Cancelling does not delete your account.

We do not refund part-used months. If we close your account for no fault of yours, we refund the unused part.

Pay-to-unlock posts and messages

These are delivered the moment you pay, so you cannot cancel them afterwards. By paying, you agree that we start straight away and that your 14-day right to cancel digital content ends once it starts. If an unlock does not work, tell us and we will fix it or refund it.

Custom requests

A request is made for you, so you cannot cancel it once we have started. If we decline it, cannot deliver it, or deliver something that is not what you asked for, you get a refund or a redo, whichever you prefer. Ask within 14 days of delivery.

Create your own

You can design a girl for free and pay nothing until you bring her to life. The first month of upkeep is included in that payment, then it renews monthly until you cancel. If we cannot get her face right after two rounds of changes, you get your money back.

Something went wrong

If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or lost access to something you paid for, email us with the date and the amount. We reply within two working days and put it right. Your legal rights are not affected by anything on this page.
